Happy Birthday, Mr. Lincoln

Today, on the birthday of Abraham Lincoln, we Americans should truly resolve to work through our differences, build on our common past, and believe in our common future…

"that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

Hi, I recently found your stillmaidinusa site and love it! I was searching the web and found this site, www.americanculinarycorp.com, from what I can tell it is manufactured in the US.

Hi Stephanie,

I've been using your Still Made in the USA site. Thanks for keeping that up; it's a great help for those that are interested.

I wanted to share also that, regarding jeans made in the US, Brooks Brothers also has premium jeans made here. On their site www.brooksbrothers.com, under "Men's", and then "Casual Pants", and then "Five Pocket", the Supima jeans are US made, at about $150 per pair.

Actually, it seems most of their suits are made in the US, and I was told by a salesman that the company is actively working to bring more of its production to the US in the near future.

Thanks again!

Matt

I just bought a microwave made by Fulgor. It is marked Made in the USA with foreign and domestic parts. Thats better than most other microwaves. It even looks better than the stand microwave.

I didn't know how to report this to Still Made in the USA.

American companies keep outsourcing jobs because they want to maximize their profits. It's greed plain and simple. But since Americans keep losing their jobs who are these companies selling their products to? I believe that people need JOBS in order to BUY GOODS. Duh. On top of that, I recently read that the manufacture of microchips for US passports were outsourced to Thailand. Why? Because the Government Printing Office could not find an American manufacturer who could do the job. Really? Ever heard of the Silicon Valley?! Honestly, that is just absurd.

Unbelievable! Meanwhile the President today is signing new trade agreements with India, another of our technology competitors, whose cost of living a year is $500! What American can compete with that?
